The company is primarily engaged in the manufacture of sheet as a subcontractor. Hermanos Ausín starts its activity as a handcrafted workshop in 1962, manufacturing initially what were called "cocinas económicas" (wood stoves) and metallic kitchen furniture. In 1979, it established the company, and it firmly steps forward towards the metallurgical industry of the 1980's. The company has a registered office located in Burgos, Spain. In its zeal to improve, the company also invested in software and hardware, its manufacturing process is completely connected to its production computer programme, which controls needs and timings. To complete the production process, it has painting and packing facilities as well as its own transport. Its main objective is to keep up growing without diminishing the quality of its products. Its second challenge is globalisation; the company is reacting to this by having a greater presence in European countries, serving large multinationals which have branches in Spain. The company has 5,400 square meters of modern manufacturing and office premises.
